EBi Visitor Information System
"EBi" - this is the German abbreviation for the visitor information service on the exhibition grounds. Whether the user wants specific information on exhibitors and their products or just general information about the fair, Ebi can answer his or her questions in a matter of seconds.
To ensure system availability, more than 90 EBi information terminals are located at various points on the grounds, including right at the turnstiles.
Trained personnel staff the terminals to ensure that interested visitors get the information they want.
