„FEMWORX at HANNOVER MESSE powerfully demonstrates the pivotal contribution women make to innovation, transformation, and effective leadership in the STEM fields. It is far more than a network: FEMWORX represents progress, the modern face of industry, and a shift toward greater visibility, diversity, and genuine equal opportunity. It is a place where truly exceptional women come together and connect—women without whom our industry would not be what it is today. Diversity, inclusion, and equality are essential drivers of economic success. Only when we foster an environment in which all individuals can contribute their unique strengths do we secure the future viability of our economy. The high level of expertise, knowledge, and leadership capability that women bring is indispensable in this effort. That is why it is a great pleasure for me to once again serve as the patron of FEMWORX 2026.“
