Business Process Automation 4.0

Description

Digital Automation of business processes is for decades already the center of gravity for optimizing an organization. The subsequent management of business process at a whole („end to end“) is the major success factor for business ICT. The first, already well known stages of b.p. automation are widely spread in all enterprises. However in the last years the next stages have evolved and they are immanent to enter productive usage. This talk will provide a broad overview over those developments, having their technological roots in process mining, predictive analytics, robotic process automation and blockchain. The speaker will also investigate the potential use cases of this new automation stream and demonstrate the respective market evolution.
