Description

Artificial Intelligence - a much discussed term for about 20 years - is now becoming reality in business.
By analyzing large amounts of data it enables companies to optimize their processes.
In industrial manufacturing the use of robots has already been established. Now robots are also meant to support humans with their office work or even, in many cases, to replace them. Of course those robots are not made of metal, they are software systems. They fill in the input forms provided by SAP systems and smartly connect different systems. Both promising approaches offer big rationalization potentials in companies for the future.
