Description

In order to better understand the Predictive Maintenance Market from a user’s point of view, the Market Intelligence agency Frenus, in partnership with T-Systems, together compiled a study called Customers‘ voice: Predictive Maintenance in Manufacturing, Western Europe - an in-depth research into the status quo, customer needs and decision paths with respect to the adoption and future potential of predictive maintenance technologies based on insights from the customers’ standpoint.

To create this study, a panel of around 300 experts in different asset-intensive domains were interviewed. The presentation provides an overview over the key results of the study, giving insights about the adoption of Predictive Maintenance solutions based on interconnected concepts like current presence along the implementation funnel, expectations from technology providers, technical infrastructure maturity and pain points with regard to Predictive Maintenance.
