How Design for eXcellence (DfX) helps to create pcba's with the highest quality and reliability resulting into products with the lowest "Total Cost of Ownership" (TCO).

When do these DfX analyses have to be done? How a Design for Manufacturing (DfM) analysis influences production yield and thereby quality? How a Design for Test (DfT) analysis breaches the analogue ban? Improves test access and combines structural test methods to reach the highest possible test coverage resulting into the lowest possible "slip-through"?

These are absolute requirements for smart industry, as is optimisation of factory through-put, no faults forward and right first time.
