Description

DEMCON is a multi-disciplinary engineering company (280 employees) and provider of technical systems in the fields of medical instrumentation, industrial precision equipment, special machinery and automation. Our customers include small start-up companies and established SME's, as well as, large international companies and research institutes. The "classical" approach, where the customer provides a detailed requirements specification document that sets fixed technical goals for the contract development project, is often not the most efficient way to achieve the overall objectives. Due to the steady increase of technical complexity of the systems and products to be developed, their interdependence with external systems, and short development cycles, other cooperation models can provide significant advantages.
