How do medium-sized companies manage the digital change?

Digitization is one of the prevailing drivers for transformation the European economy.
In almost every sector of industry Products, processes and machines change and the
markets are even closer together. Businesses must take advantage of the
opportunities offered by digitalization for new products, services and business
models. Currently Medium-sized companies have a lot of catching up to do, which
"Industrie 4.0" for the future of their business.
How can change be achieved nationally and on a European level? How does the
