Description

Laser technology can be easily integrated with potential in mold and tool cleaning, paint stripping, de-coating and modification. E-Mobility brings new applications such as contact-free de-coating for the creation of adhesive surfaces or electrical contacts. The precise laser treatment replaces the unsafe masking process and meets – usually automated – the highest demands. The cleanLASER vaporizes the particles through high energy density so the workpiece is immediately ready for the next process step, if suitable parameters are set. Shortest interruptions prevent the re-contamination of the components. In addition, the adhesive properties improve, essential for welding and bonding in lightweight construction. The extremely resource-saving process with sustainable long-term stability shows significant advantages. The renunciation of media minimizes the burden on the disposal of the removed material. Laser systems are thus an investment in a future-oriented "green" production.
