Description

Many producers face the challenge of increasing their efficiency, continuously optimizing the availability as well as scheduling the incurring service intervals optimally. Due to an extremely heterogeneous machine park of different manufacturers and different years of manufacturing this is possible in a rather limited manner. At the same time, the collected machine data always shall be presented in an informative form for the respective user and for the particular application.

Based on two consisting works of the Baumüller Group, Baumüller presents how this issue was solved  by customer benefits. A tool was created to continuously optimize the processes as well as to reduce the maintenance intervals. Additionally, a superordinate management level provides a continuous overview of the different production sites. In the presentation the whole process is shown from consulting to the realization.
