Description

Smart-G is a technological solution designed to provide industrial maintenance services related to its components (clutch-brakes and gearboxes). It is a cyber-physical system that monitors the state of the Goizper-Guibe components in real time and uses embedded intelligence to help make decisions by assessing future performance and anticipating potential failures. In this way, the probability of machine downtime can be reduced and maintenance can be planned proactively with the corresponding cost reduction. In edge computing mode, the Smart-G device compiles critical process values and condition-related parameters, performs pre-processing based on algorithms specifically designed for this purpose, and offers a first level of monitoring and decision support directly at the machine. In addition, valuable information recorded locally can be remotely sent to a cloud platform (G-Cloud) where the user can access the entire historical information related to the use of its component.
