Since KOBOLD Messring GmbH was established in 1980 by Klaus Josef Kobold ( Dipl. Ing ), the company is characterized by a permanent continuous growth.In order to cope with the worldwide market and the needs of our customers, we have expanded the KOBOLD Group and our product range worldwide in part by acquiring some key manufacturing businesses.
Such as, For the fields of pressure and temperature measurement, in 1995 we acquired Dr. Henschen GmbH, Sindelfingen/Germany.
For level and temperature measurement, in 2006 we purchased Control Instruments Mesura, Barcelona/Spain.
To increase our flow program, in 2008 we adopted Unirota Kft, Hungary
To strengthen our overall program in 2008, we acquired Heinrichs Messtechnik GmbH, Cologne/Germany.The decades of experience in the pressure and temperature segment of Dr. Henschen GmbH, just as the experience of the process instrumentation of Heinrichs and similarly Unirota and Mesura, have extensively expanded the range of the KOBOLD Group further
