Highlights

Company profile

Today's food undergoes several stages of processing before it becomes an edible product. The different processing stages can create unwanted impurities such as iron particles which need to be removed. Our solution removes iron particles with an increased efficiency as compared to existing products and thus improves the quality of the final product.

MagneSys is a Swiss startup whose machine developed for the flour industry, is an efficient self-cleaning magnetic separator (filter) that is inserted directly in the production lines. It has already attracted the attention of the world leading flour mill manufacturer, interested by its exceptional magnet power and ingenious automatic iron part separation system. Next focus will be to address similar applications in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Future planned development include magnetic separation for liquid products (like fruit juices), as well as separation of non-magnetic metal particles.
