T series

The T series of precise linear modules consists of three different axes with ball screw drives. The TV version is fitted with one ball guide, the TT version with two in parallel. The carriage of the TK version also acts as lead carriage and as screw drive nut. An additional guide rail is not required ...read more

SC series

The SC series was designed mainly for use as vertical axis. As the drive is fitted directly to the carriage, the mass to be transported is minimized and the supply lines do not need to be transported. The integrated mounting plate allows fast and easy mounting to the ROBOT series linear units to realize ...read more

ROBOT series

The ROBOT series linear units are available in different sizes and allow designers and users an ideal choice for individual applications in terms of mass, speed and velocity. The ROBOT series linear units consist of a self-supporting aluminum profile and are available in two guide systems: - ROBOT....SP ...read more

TH series

The linear axis is fitted with a preloaded ball screw drive and ball guides with a ball chain. Due to its design features it is especially well suited for applications requiring high performance and precision. The applications for the TH Series include laser applications, dosing robots and various handling ...read more

ONE series

The ONE linear units were tested by the Fraunhofer Institute for production technology and automation and qualified and certified for clean room Class ISO 3 (DIN EN ISO 14644-1) and US FED 209E respectively. Thus, for the first time, the linear units are suitable for: - semi-conductor production - ...read more

LIGHT series

The LIGHT Series linear units were designed to achieve maximum efficiency with simple design and maintain the highest standards. The LIGHT Series linear units consist of a self-supporting aluminum profile fitted with linear ball guides and ball chain technology for high load capacities. Drive is via ...read more

ELM series

The ELM series linear units are available in different sizes and allow designers and users an ideal choice for individual applications in terms of mass, speed and velocity. The ELM Series linear units consist of a self-supporting aluminum profile and are available in two guide systems: ELM...SP with ...read more

COMPACT RAIL

Compact Rail is the product family of roller sliders with guide rails made of cold-drawn roller bearing carbon steel. The raceways are located on the inside of a C-profile, thus protecting them from soiling. Fixed bearing rail, compensating bearing rail and compensation rail enable combinations for ...read more

Light-Rail

Light Rail is the product family of full and partial extensions in lightweight design. They are used in environments which only allow a small weight of the components. Quiet and smooth running is guaranteed even with high loads. All impacts are absorbed elastically, thus avoiding permanent deformations. ...read more

Uniline

Uniline is the product family of ready-to-install linear axes. They consist of internal Compact Rail roller sliders and steel-reinforced toothed belts in a rigid aluminium profile. This arrangement provides the best protection for the axis from soiling and damage. The guide rails can be arranged in different ...read more

Curviline

Curviline is the product family of curvilinear rails. It is used for all non-linear special movements. Rails with constant or variable radii according to customer drawings are possible in two rail widths. In one rail, straight or curved pieces are possible. Sliders are equipped with four rollers arranged ...read more

X Rail

X-Rail is the product family of roller embossed guide rails for applications in which high corrosion resistance and an especially economical price performance ratio are required. Fixed bearing rails, compensating bearing rails and telescopic extension on roller base are available in stainless steel or ...read more

Easyslide

Easyslide is the product family of compact linear ball bearings for high load ratings with long service life. They are equipped with one or several sliders per rail. If several sliders are used, they can each run, independently of one another, in their own ball cage or synchronised in a common ball cage. ...read more

Telescopic Rail

Telescopic Rail is the product family of full extensions and partial extensions. The Telescopic Rail is made up of seven models of different cross-sections. The rigid intermediate elements of the telescopic rail are designed in S-shape, double-T or square. All models of the Telescopic Rail product line ...read more

Miniatur Mono Rail

Miniature Mono Rail profile rails are profile rails with two-row recirculating balls. The running grooves of the profile rails are ground in gothic arch profile and have a contact angle of 45°, which guarantees the same load capacity in all main directions. The use of large steel balls enables high load ...read more

Mono Rail

Mono Rail is the product family of profile rails for maximum precision at high loads. Different slider lengths and versions with and without flange make the Mono Rail profile rails suitable for any application. Large steel balls allow high absorption of load. The X arrangement of the balls makes for ...read more
