Senorics' technology allows wavelength selective photodetectors for the VIS and NIR (400 - 2000 nm). Thereby, NIR-spectroscopy is realized on chips, with a size ...
Senorics is a high-tech spin-off of the Technical University of Dresden. The patented and proprietary Senorics technology measures the unique optical fingerprint of substances by detecting their specific absorption characteristics in the near infrared (NIR) wavelength range. Being based on organic semiconductors, it allows small and cheap sensor-chips, whose flexible structural shape permits deployment in stationary industry processes as well as mobile analysis devices. This results in manifold applications, such as using our sensors for monitoring in-line processes or facilitating our technology to create handheld devices for quality control.
