Acoustic wave application for porous systems

A quick method for the detection of mycotoxins in grains and an acoustic device for the evaluation of the quality of porous food systems in production.
Product has proved the usability of the acoustic method both by acoustic wave transition and by reflection in the creation of a quick and cheap method for the detection of the following mycotoxins: deoxynivalenol in wheat and aflatoxin in corn, as well as the evaluation of the structure/texture of porous food matrices, such as bread, biscuits, extruded products, and/or their changes during storage.
Specific knowledge gained allowed to create specialized software, which was installed during the implementation of the acoustic device prototype.
