Product description

The exhibition object should clarify resilient, long-distance communication for the use of Predictive Maintenance in the context of industry 4.0, an important aspect of our methods for industry 4.0.
Industry 4.0 requires an adaptive configuration of production facilities to changing requirements and environmental influences. So far in production facilities, a variety of systems which serve process monitoring and process controlling typically just coexist and do not exchange any information.

Automation@ESI analyses which technologies meets your needs the most and develops, based on exact specifications, a prototype in laboratory environment.

Our methods for industry 4.0 exceed the current state of technology and include an integral concept with interaction of all relevant commodities, processes and infrastructures. Basis is the information exchange of all these elements by means of digital networks as well as an enhanced complete access in the production process. University research secures the continuous improvement of these fundamentals.
