Product description

Process Analytical Technologies (PAT) rely on optimum sensor data - and optimum data processing. We set out to provide a tool to make it easier for you to transform spectroscopic raw data into process relevant and valuable information. We developed ChemSaaS!

To cut efforts needed to develop and maintain chemometric models (and thus to make such PAT-systems more attractive to industry), members of the Austrian Research Network for Process Analytical Chemistry (PAC - developed a system providing Chemomectric Software as a Service. Software specialists from SCCH - Software Competence Center Hagenberg GmbH - designed a cloud based platform to have a clear cut between data acquisition and data processing. This enables to perform high-level tasks on a high-level platform and with appropriate toolkits online from all over the world.

Laserultrasound (LUS)

Laser-Ultrasound (LUS) for industrial applicationsread more

Infrared Spectroscopy (IR)

The Infrared Spectroscopy is a versatile and sensitive technology for the characterization of materials. It provides information on the substance concentration, the mixture ratio and the reaction progress. Moreover all parameters like density, conductivity and hardness degree can be defined. IR-systems more

Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT)

With Optical Coherence Tomography it is possible to take a look at the internal and surface structures of different materials (e.g. plastics, composite materials and glass). RECENDT developes methods for contactless and non-destructive material more

Terahertz-Technology allows the contactless and non-destructive testing of various non-conductive materials (e.g. composites / GFRP, plastics, paper / carton, ceramics, chemicals, pharmaceuticals). This technology is an interesting alternative to the quality control by X-ray radiation. Through THz-Spectoscropy more

Photo-acoustic imaging (PAI)

With Photoacoustic Imaging the researchers of RECENDT are able to create high-resolution pictures from the inside of semi-transparent structures. The technology can be utilized in an industrial environment to visualize hidden structures, or you can implement high-resolution medical fluoroscopy without more
