Climeon's heat power system converts waste heat and geothermal heat into clean electricity. For versatility and cost reasons, the system is designed modularly, from 150kW to 54MW (Add pictures from Dropbox) Clean electrical power is produced at record levels of efficiency - more than 50% of the theoretical maximum or Carnot efficiency.
Compared to wind and solar power, Climeon's heat power system has a number of unique benefits, alongside far lower costs:
Uptime: Because the Climeon system is independent to weather conditions, it does not have the same constraints as wind and solar power and can run 24/7.
Environmental footprint: CO2 payback (the time it takes until the CO2 in production is fully recovered) is significantly lower for Climeon's heat power system than for wind and solar power.
Service and Maintenance: The system contains only three moving parts per module, one turbine and two pumps. This enables low service and maintenance costs.
Physical footprint: The Climeon system has a 4m2 footprint for a 150 kW module. To achieve the same capacity with solar panels, the footprint can be up to 1000m2. Unlike wind plants, Climeon's heat power system also has no impact on the landscape horizon.
