HANNOVER MESSE 2019,
01 - 05 April
FZI Forschungszentrum Informatik am KIT
At the FZI, we work with a simulation solution that calculates attacks on V2X systems in a realistic simulation of communication and driving behaviour and carries out various attacks on the V2X network. This environment allows for test-ing and objective comparison of the detection performance of various methods. The simulative approach enables cost-effective and fast evaluation of a range of attack detection methods without deploying multiple fully equipped test vehicles. In addition, diverse and detailed scenarios can be modelled that would be very near-impossible to reproduce in real traffic. In connection with recorded traffic data from the Test Area Autonomous Driving Baden-Wuerttemberg, it will be possible in the future for the simulation to be carried out particularly realistically.
Karlsruhe, 18.04.2018 – For the first time the FZI Research Center for Information Technology presents itself with its own booth at Hannover Messe, from April 23 to April 27. In hall 2, booth B01 visitors can experience current research projects in the fields of robotics and big data analytics. An exhibit on autonomous driving demonstrates in an interactive way the Test Area Autonomous Driving Baden-Württemberg, which will start operating in May 2018. The experts of the Competence Center for IT Security ...
From January 9 to 12, the FZI Research Center for Information Technology will present a system for camera-based vital parameter recognition at the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES). Following the invitation of IAV Automotive Engineering, the FZI has the opportunity to present its latest research on embedded systems and sensors technologies to a wide audience of experts in Las Vegas.
For the project “Camera-based Driver State Monitoring”, FZI researchers are developing a prototype for camera-b...
Berlin, 17.01.2018 – It's not easy to stay updated about the latest research – whether for professional reasons or out of personal interest. In times of open source applications that are a part of everyday life in many domains, scientific publications or final project reports are often not available or only via chargeable portals. The FZI Research Center for Information Technology and the Alexander von Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society (HIIG) want to do something about it: In the project Digita...
