Deep Learning has many facets. In digitalization/Industry 4.0, Deep Learning optimizes production processes and the quality of the produced parts. Neural networks are used to that end, with which machines can learn and optimize themselves within production processes.The main emphasis is on the two Deep Learning services, Predictive Maintenance and Predictive Quality with vCAX, our mobile hardware-platform for proof of concept.The projects deliver substantial cost savings for the customer because they optimise the quality of manufactured components in the long term while cutting the cost of off-quality manufacturing.
