Güdel is showcasing numerous products. At the Güdel stand in Hall 17 you will find three impressive exhibits:
- A size 4 TMF floor-mounted drive axis
- A size 2 TMV vertical drive axis
- A size 3 two-axis gantry
Smooth production processes require larger work areas. These are made possible by universal floor-mounted drive axes. With its TrackMotion product range, Güdel offers various models for different applications. In Hanover Güdel is presenting a size 2 TMV vertical drive axis, which moves a KUKA KR 16 arc HW robot for welding applications. The total height of 4 m is impressive. The robot is moved along a heavy-load guideway system vertically at a speed of 0.5 m/s. The drive axis is driven by a Güdel HPG 090 high-performance miter gearbox. In combination with Güdel's own racks and pinions this results in the ideal drive train. The largest exhibit at the Güdel stand is a size 4 floor-mounted drive axis. Over a total length of 16 m, the TMF-4 moves a KUKA KR 6000 robot on one carrier, to which body in white of a VW Tiguan is attached. A showcase in a class of its own. The exhibited TMF-4 reaches a speed of 2 m/s and accelerates at 3 m/s2 and is driven by a Güdel HPG 120 high-performance miter gearbox. The Güdel floor-mounted drive axes can be used with all current industrial robots. The dynamic load capacity totals 3 tons while the static load of the moving carrier is whopping 10.4 tons - thanks to the double roller bracket. At the Fanuc stand you can see the largest size 6 TMF floor-mounted drive axis. With a payload of 20 tons, the seventh axis extends the efficient work area for heavy-duty industrial robots. With the size 3 two-axis gantry spanning a width of 2 m, Güdel demonstrates its expertise in smart movement technologies. Fast, precise and silent in production handling, the two-axis gantry stands for efficiency and short cycle times.
