Product description

The Hamod is a digital magneto-optical readout system for fast and accurate visualization of magnetic field structures and field strengths. It is suitable for real-time stray field analysis and quality testing. Magnetic stray fields on EC and credit cards, magnetic encoders and di- and multipolmagnets can be visualized.

The Hamod can visualize magnetic flux densities and their changes in optical resolution. Inhomogeneities and cracks in ferromagnetic materials can be shown directly using our sensitive magneto-optical sensors. For a measurement the sensor must be applied to the surface which holds the magnetic information. The Magview-software enables the analysis of magnetization properties and the documentation of the specimen.

Functional principle:
Generation of homogeneous, linear polarized light (LED & polarizing filter), Change of the polarization status and reflection of light in the magneto-optical sensor dependent on the applied local magnetic field, Visualization of the generated inhomogeneous polarization of the light as a local intensity alteration via a second polarizer, Recording of the magneto-optical image by using a standard optical camera

Magnetic separators

With the help of our separation systems of ferromagnetic materials you can deposited e.g. iron particles from liquids and collect them concentrated. - Magnet bars - Magnet bars in holding frame - Magnet bars with protection tube systemread more

Fixing Magnets

Magnetic systems are particularly well-suited as a removable attachment points back of iron metallic constructions use in industrial plants. Holding forces of up to several hundred kilograms are usable. The supply of pot magnet with screw thread (inside and outside) and drilling is possible. Thus, in more

Cast AlNiCo Magnets

The main raw materials for AlNiCo-magnets are iron, aluminum (ca. 9%), nickel (ca. 13%) and cobalt (ca. 24%). In addition, various other elements are added. Two different production techniques are used: the pouring technique and the sintering technique. The following steps are used: Raw material assembly more

Sintered AlNiCo magnets

The main raw materials used for AlNiCo-magnets are iron, aluminum (ca. 9%), nickel (ca. 13%) and cobalt (ca. 24%). In addition, various other elements are added. One differentiates between two different manufacturing procedures: pouring or sintering. The following steps are used: Raw material assembly- more

Sintered SmCo magnets

The main raw materials for SmCo-magnets are samarium (~25% - 35%), small quantities of chrome and copper, and the remainder being cobalt. SmCo-magnets are manufactured primarily using presses and sinters. The finished magnet is very hard and can be further processed only by using diamond tools or the more

Plastic bonded NdFeB Magnets

Plastic-bonded NdFeB-magnets are formed into tools by means of compressing a mixture made of NdFeB-powder and synthetic resin. The economical spray-form method is used. The magnetic values of these spray-form magnets are lower, however, due to their reduced density level when compared to those magnets more

Sintered NdFeB magnets

Sintered NdFeB magnets are a kind of rare RD magnets. Compared with conventional magnets e.g.: AlNiCo or hard ferrites, offer NdFeB magnets the tenfold power density. The excellent magnetic characteristics of sintered NdFeB magnets are based on the strong magnetic matrix phase Nd2Fe14B (tetragonal structure), more
