HANNOVER MESSE 2018,
23 - 27 April
The HOGEN® H Series hydrogen generation system is a fully integrated, packaged electrolysis system that produces medium pressure high purity hydrogen from water and electricity. The system includes up to three electrolyzer cell stacks, as well as the support and safety systems necessary for regulating electrolyzing operations. The unit contains all of the required sensors and controls to aid in monitoring the safety, performance and automatic operation of the system. The unit is designed to operate in a well-ventilated, non-hazardous (non-classified) indoor or outdoor application.
HOGEN® H Series hydrogen generation systems produce up to 6 Nm3/hr (228 scf/hr) of ultra-high purity hydrogen gas for applications such as Material Processing, Power Plant cooling and Electronic Applications. HOGEN® H hydrogen generation systems are modular, field-upgradeable and designed to compete with delivered hydrogen anywhere in the world. A single HOGEN® H 6 Nm3/hr unit will supply the equivalent of one and one-half jumbo tube trailers every month. Multiple HOGEN® H systems may be combined for additional capacity at no extra integration cost.
HOGEN® H Series hydrogen generators, combined with Proton OnSite's patent-pending StableFlow Continuous Hydrogen Injection Process offer outstanding advantages to hydrogen-cooled electric power plants including reduced windage loss, and improved component life. HOGEN® H Series hydrogen generation systems offer many benefits for hydrogen users, including:
Pure, dry, UHP grade hydrogen - 99.9995+%
Improved supply reliability by eliminating deliveries
Improved site security
Reduced delivery truck traffic into the site
Reduced paperwork for hydrogen billings
Reduced need to store hydrogen on-site
Lower overall costs
Proton OnSite offers a wide range of options to tailor your HOGEN® hydrogen generation system to meet your specific operational requirements.
