The quality of polymer injection moulding is about to come from the 3D printer- for industrial use- ideal for mechanically stressed components- high-precision plastic components- excellent mechanical and thermal properties- new photopolymers with impact strength of 30-120 kJ / m 2- tensile strength of 35-65 MPa and heat resistance HDT (B) of 50 75° C- new process technology for high-viscosity starting resins (up to 20 Pa.s)- machinery for the processing of application-specifically designed high-quality photopolymers as well as conventional photopolymersDegree of innovation:- First presentation at the Hannover Messe of products from the 3D printer with particularly good impact resistance (up to 120 kJ / m2) and highest resolution - For the first time at the Hannover Messe, products in injection-moulded quality, which are coming from the 3D printer and are intended for industrial use, will be presented. Target groups and application:- plastics engineering, automotive engineering, electrical and electronics industry, mechanical engineering, precision engineering, model making- functional prototyping without tooling and setup costs!- production of pre series and small series - industrial mass production of small partsThese materials and manufacturing processes have been developed by TU Wien (Vienna, Austria) and Cubicure. Material and components for industrial use will be presented at the Hannover Messe by Cubicure, a spin-off of the TU Wien, on the stand of TU Wien (Hall 5 - D18)
Today, a great deal of energy is lost in the form of heat, such as unused heat from industrial plants or vehicle exhausts, which is simply emitted into the environment.
