High-efficient and energy saving
1) TYCD series IE4 efficiency PMSM by DOL starting contains a built-in permanent magnet in the rotor, so the rotating speed is constant, the slip ratio is 0 and the rotor has no aluminum consumption. The power factor is nearly 1 and the reactive current is small, so the stator current is decreased remarkably, the stator copper consumption is reduced greatly, resulting in obvious improvement of efficiency.
2) Within 25%-100% load range, it has the characteristics of high efficiency, high power factor and high reliability. The efficiency is 8-20% higher than that of common 3-phase asynchronous motor, so it can realize 10-40% energy saving; The power factor is higher 0.08-0.18.
3) Compared with same power asynchronous motor, the temperature rise is lowered by 10-15°C at the same load conditions.
4) Higher efficiency: IE4 PMSM efficiency is 8-25% higher than that of common 3-phase asynchronous motor
5) Even higher power factor: IE4 PMSM power factor is 0.08-0.18 higher than that of common 3-phase asynchronous motor
TYCD series PMSM is exactly improved on the basis of the original YE2 series motor. With its realization of DOL-starting, it can supersede of the asynchronous motor and also have continuous variable speed when it is matched with a frequency converter. The appearance and mounting dimensions are the same as those of the original common motor, so the universality is very high, the users do not need to worry about installation problems when the motor is changed.
