Our inclined belt conveyor GK-80 is equipped with a receiving hopper and has slats on its belt. Along the belt run fixed side rails that allow to guide the transported goods.
Therefore it can lift all sorts of bulk and solid material to the required discharge height .
The frame (made of coated steel profiles) has perforations at 30 mm intervals (with 9 mm diameter). This helps to add additional accessories quick and easily.
On the belt, you can choose the height and the distance of the slats to each other in order to suit almost any specific application.
The standard height of the side rails is 35 mm. Upon request higher versions are possible.
The feed hopper exists in a small and a large standard version. In both they are equipped with a fall back flap to avoid any material falling back through the hopper.
For configurations no longer than 2,000 mm and no wider than 400 mm we recommend one H-shaped single column support that is moveable on security casters with brakes. For all longer or wider conveyors the appropriate amount of double supports is the best choice. The short supports near the hopper can be equipped with casters to make a change of location quite simple.
All supports are pivotable and infinitely adjustable in height. Have a look at www.geppert-band.com.
