The innovative InProLyzer sensor system represents a novelty in the process analytics market. For the first time, a measuring system enables the continuous measurement of many dissolved ingredients and pollutants in a wide measuring range (ng/L to g/L). This new approach of fluid analysis is based on new process analytics results and on account of new potential applications, it is clearly different from of existing sensors and analyzers.
The fully automated InProLyzer sensor system combines the approved laboratory method of capillary electrophoresis with new scientific approaches of substance enrichment. As a result, several substances can be measured in parallel and even down to the ng/L range. Due to the variable use of different detection methods (electrochemical and spectroscopic) almost all kinds of substances can be detected. Likewise, an upgradeable extension in the device will additionally be developed for a non-target screening in the near future, so that even unpredictable substances can be detected directly in process.
Using continuously collected measured values, InProLyzer raises monitoring, control and optimization of production processes to a new level. It enables both a more comprehensive quality assurance as well as the potential for cost savings by process optimization.
The InProLyzers modular design allows for precisely tailored solutions. It therefore can be customized to take the wishes and requirements of our customers from different industries into account and may be utilized to measure a broad range of substances (e.g. heavy metals, medicines, sweeteners).
