Product description

The newly-developed, six-row linear recirculating ball bearing and guideway assemblies KUSE X-life are highly accurate and run extremely quiet, so that they can even be used in measuring machines. By improving the infeed zone design on the carriage saddle plates, the load ratings for six-row KUSE linear recirculating ball bearing and guideway assemblies have successfully been increased up to 44% depending on the size and design. As a result, the rating life is three times longer than that of conventional designs. The specific arrangement of ball rows, which is a combination of an X and O arrangement with 45° and 60° contact angles, makes KUSE X-life designs perfect for combined load directions. Due to their high level of rigidity and an extremely low pulse amplitude, which could be reduced by 83%, KUSE X-life six-row linear recirculating ball bearing and guideway assemblies are particularly suitable for high-precision applications in electronics production, mold production, microscopy, and optics, but also for applications that require a high load carrying capacity and operating performance.
