We design Liquid Cold Plates made from Aluminum, Copper, Stainless specifically for UV-LEDs and manufacture them according to your requirements. High cooling performance contributes to high LED power (emission peak intensity), uniform cooling contributes to uniform curing in UV irradiation systems.
For over 20 years Kawaso Texcel's Liquid Cold Plate has been used to cool industrial equipment such as IGBT, thyristor and UV-LED. We have many experiences in the electricity sector, rail infrastructure and ultraviolet irradiation devices.
1. Uniform Cooling
The most important feature of our Liquid Cold Plate is to cool their surfaces evenly. We have succeeded in designing Liquid Cold Plate, which controls water flow for uniform cooling.

Depending on the shape, the size (max. 800 x 500 mm), the material (aluminum, copper or stainless steel), the heat load and the heat source size, we can produce a individual Cold Plate that is ideal for your application. It can be ordered from one piece.
3. Standard Products (free assembly of semiconductor components)
As standard products, we have two varieties of Liquid Cold Plates made of aluminum and copper. On this standard Liquid Cold Plate several heat sources such as semiconductor elements or UV-LEDs can be mounted freely. For the mounting of heat sources, we manufacture the standard Liquid Cold Plate with tapped holes. We can adjust the number and the size (M3
