In view of carrying out a costant product development, expecially on those products where no technical innovations are due, we have
managed to increase the efficiency of our mechanical speed variators by reducing the heat dissipation during operation.
This has all been possible by working out an additional operation on the components after grinding : the finishing by chemically accelerated vibrations.
This new process makes surfaces uncomparably good in reducing friction, wearness as well as contact fatigue and dynamics.
The main buildings and functional features of this product, that increase its versatility, are the integral motor flange to the housing and the completely modular structure for what concern the output flange and the feet: these features allow to reduce the dimensions and the stock warehouse improving and increasing the flexibility and overall economicity.
