The new digital multi-sensor module type FH0D46-C developed by the AHLBORN company combines the important parameters air temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure within the smallest space. A freely usable EEPROM memory allows saving an electronic serial number, sensor comments and characteristics. In addition, it is possible to selectively adjust the temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure. A particular advantage of the new sensor module is the digital signal transmission as well as the storage of all adjustment and identification data on the sensor chip. The digitalization of the sensor module permits the precise acquisition of the parameters air temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure regardless of type and length of the connecting cable. In compliance with all specifications, the calibrated sensor modules can be changed any time as required. Measuring 22.8 x 5.7 x 2.4 mm³, the sensor module is perfectly suitable for being installed in vehicles, machines, cleanrooms or for in- and outdoor applications used in meteorological systems. The measuring range covers temperatures from -40°C to +85°C, humidity from 0.5% RH to 98% RH, and atmospheric pressure from 300 mbar to 1100 mbar.
