Nachi offers its high quality spherical roller bearings series EXQ as the new EXQ-V type. Outstanding advantage of the new design is the high resitance against strong vibrations. These spherical roller bearings are especially designed for applications like vibrating screens, heavy duty construction machinery and excavators. Advantages compared to standard specification are: -Resistant against impact and vibration through ageing- and fatigue-fracture resistant steel cage made of tempered steel and quenched inner and outer ring -Capable of withstanding up to ten times the oscillation cycles compared to standard design EXQ -Optimized inner clearance and adjusted cage design to withstand vibration stress -Long-term application at temperatures up to 200 °C Moreover the vibration resistant design EXQ-V offers the same advantages as Nachi's standard spherical roller bearings EXQ: -Tolerating a misalignment of the shaft up to 2° misalignment of the inner ring -Tolerating shaft deflection -Capable of high axial loads up to 80% of the radial load -Long lifetime due to stable roller guidance: pressed steel cage enclosing the whole roller -Simple and easy mounting-Very robust construction -Inner clearance can be adjusted using types with tapered inner ring in conjunction with tapered shafts -Broad range available: 40 mm up to 130 mm inner diameter as standard, other diameters on request -Long lifetime due to high quality steel and special heat treatment made by Nachi -Bearing units with diverse kinds of housings available
