Product description

To support shafts from 65 mm up to 160 mm in diameter which have to carry mainly axial loads Nachi offers its thrust spherical roller bearings series EXS. Due to the special advantage of this type of spherical roller bearings - they tolerate a deflection of the shaft - the bearings EXS can utilise applications in heavy duty equipment such as paper-, printing- and packaging machinery, in big-sized gears with helical cut teeth, in drives of vessels, in agricultural and in construction machinery. The outstanding advantages of Nachi's thrust spherical roller bearings series EXS are:

-Up to 30 % less heating during operation due to optimized, low-friction cage
-Energy efficient: higher degree of efficiency and less friction due to best surface qualitiy of raceways and high-precision manufactured roller ends
-Higher speeds compared to reference products due to low-friction run and less friction losses
-Smooth run due to optimized curvature of raceway and roller
-Capable of high loads due to highest load rating compared to competitor's
products, accomplished by big-sized rollers and improved internal geometry
-Continuous operation under environment temperatures up to 200 °C due to special heat treatment
