Heat regenerated dryers from Parker Zander operate in temperature-swing-adsorption (TSA) mode with heated ambient air and are availabe for capacities from 410 up to 14,500 m³/h, higher capacities on request. The development of the superior vacuum regeneration process by Parker Zander with heated ambient air provides the effective dehumidification at lowest energy consumption by prevention of cyclic dew-point variations and avoids any needs for purge air, in fact.
The adsorption of water vapour to high quality silica gel results in residual water concentration of 0.5 g/m³ down to 0.003 g/m³ (equal to pressure dew-points of -25 to -70 °C acc. to ISO 8573-1:2010). Turbulence-free inlet zones without direct contact of desiccant, full separation of wet and dry side by 3/2-way synchronized in- and outlet valves, generously calculated desiccant amounts - together with the outstanding vacuum technology - ensure an energy-saving, efficient and reliable operation. The PLC controller ZDMC equipped with an intuitively operated coloured LCD display provides highest operational safety by continuously monitoring all important process parameters, data loggin for trend recognition as well as remote control by ethernet, profibus and modbus interfaces.
