Product description

Heatless regenerated dryers operate in pressure-swing-adsorption (PSA) mode and are available for capacities from 8 up to 6100 m³/h. The adsorption of water vapour to high quality molecular sieve desiccant results in residual water concentration of 0.5 g/m³ down to 0.003 g/m³ (equal to pressure dew-points of -25 to -70 °C acc. to ISO 8573-1:2010). Turbulence-free inlet zones without direct contact of desiccant, full separation of wet and dry side each equipped with its own valves, generously calculated desiccant amounts ensure a well-proven and reliable operation. The microprocessor control Multitronic provides the alignment with varyable operating conditions e.g. by compressor synchronization or optional by dew-point sensing for partial load operation - leads to significant cost savings.
For the removal of oil vapour and odors the adsorption dryers can be accompanied by a downstream activated carbon stage: whether as integrated part or as stand-alone adsorber. Dryers of the small or mid range are equipped as standard with an inlet coalescing filter and an outlet dust filter.
