Product description

New technology for nano-, micro- powder of diamond, cubic boron nitride and composite materials purpose tool based on them.
Terms of crystallization as synthetic diamond and cubic boron nitride depend on the conditions, which is regulated by changing the structural perfection of the components of the reaction, as well as its chemical composition. Varying the parameters of thermobaric treatment effects and lets you change the size distribution, strength and structural characteristics of the synthesized materials, which leads to lower costs for their production. The introduction of the composite materials of certain activators of sintering makes it possible to optimize their physical characteristics and increase tool life.
Composite materials based on diamond:
Hardness - 60-80 GPa;
Fracture - 8-10 MPa m1/2;
Abrasiveness - sm3/mg 400-500;
Grain size - 10-40 microns.
Composite materials based on cubic boron nitride:
Hardness - 30-45 GPa;
Fracture toughness - 12-16 MPa m1/2;
Resistance when turning hardened steels (HRC 52-54) - 60 min.;
Grain size - 5-30 microns.
