Product Description

Lasertronic® LPA stands for system components for the integration of laser powder build-up welding into production lines. A CAD/CAM-line has been established at IWS for applying wear protection on tools or for the repair of parts. It consists of a 3D-digitalizer, an NC-programming system, and appliances for coupling to various lasers and laser systems.

References
IWS buildup welding technology can be found in more than 80 industrial installations across Europe. Each installation includes the complete process chain including process and materials development, CAD/CAM software, system and component technologies.

- Spain: repair of components of stationary gas turbines
- Poland: laser coating of power plant components
- Sweden: laser coating of power plant components
- Italy: repair of components of stationary gas turbines
