Product description

PTFE Lip Seals
are modern seals for a broad range of applications. They have proven their worth especially in the chemical and foodstuff industries, medicine and in fields with high chemical and thermal demands.
PTFE lip seals are singleacting seals. They consist of a PTFE ring and a prestress element, which comes either as an O-ring (type 3V6) or as a profiled spring of stainless steel. Prestress springs of special materials can be used for applications with extreme chemical and thermal demands. The standard material combination is PTFE carbon/NBR or PTFE carbon/stainless steel.

Complete Pistons of PTFE
are double or single-acting piston elements delivered ready for mounting. They seal and guide themselves.

PTFE Chevron Sealing Sets
are proven sealing systems used in many fields of process engineering and the chemical industry to seal valves, pumps, piston rods and shafts. They are distinguished by their high thermal and chemical resistance.
A chevron sealing set consists of several chevron seals, a header ring and a back-up ring.

PTFE Radial Rotary Shaft Seals
fill the need for a suitable seal between standard radial rotary shaft seals with elastomer lips and mechanical seals. PTFE radial rotary shaft seals can be used to good effect in many applications in which standard radial rotary shaft seals can no longer be used, for example high-pressure applications, high speeds, high temperatures, aggressive media, etc. and represent an inexpensive alternative to mechanical seals.

Stuffing Box Packings
are proven sealing systems used in many fields of process engineering and the chemical industry to seal valves, pumps, piston rods and shafts. In static applications they are used to seal covers or flanges.
Thanks to the high number of materials and possible material combinations available, stuffing box packings can be adapted to virtually all operating conditions.
