Fourth generation VFD control system -- open loop vector control software (for async motor) advantages
Compared to common use software, vector control software (for async motor) has the following advantages:
1. During the VFD running, able to keep the magnetic flux constant and have magnetic flux closed loop function without influence on the output torque; when the load changes, VFD output is much more stable to ensure the continuous running of the drive.
2. The new software has added power cell bus voltage closed loop. During the VFD deceleration, when the bus voltage reaches 1100V, the software will automatically extend the deceleration time to avoid VFD overvoltage alarm, effectively solving the problem of easily alarming overvoltage during the deceleration in the common use software.
3. When VFD starts, users can set the start torque by setting the no load current parameter (after the VFD running stably, this parameter will have no effect) there is 15s time gap during the VFD start from 0Hz to start frequency, by regulating start torque, VFD could start steadily at low frequency, no higher output current to avoid the over current fault during the VFD start.
