Product description

SKILL Chat connects workers in service and production with remote support colleagues ("experts"). The video chat application using smart glasses provides a perfect means for aimed support. The workers' hands stay free and ready for operations. "Remote Service" via smart glasses.

By the camera images of the smart glasses the expert "sees" the exact situation in the field. That allows him to provide exact and appropriate support. Technically he only needs a web browser.

The following functions are at his disposal:

- Capture screenshots, add clarifying annotations and send to the smart glasses.
- Send explanatory graphics, drawings or tables to the smart glasses.
- Via mouse click mark certain a position in the video image and send to the smart glasses.
- Capture the video chat.
- Make notes during the video chat.

For each video chat a corresponding report will contain all screenshots, graphics and notes.

The SKILL Server manages the smart glasses and users. Customers can administrate their users by themselves. One pair of smart glasses may be used by different users.

Typically the worker with the smart glasses invokes the chat. He either selects support in general or specifically one of the colleagues that are currently logged into the SKILL Server. However, the chat may also be invoked by a support person.
