Siebenhaar Slew drives and swing gears are known for being powerful and very compact in design.
Output torque starting at 3.2 kNm to 452 kNm
Ratios range from 18 to 4,500
The output torque TII of the slew drives, is designed according the calculations for cranes, Section 1, 3. Edition 1987 FEM (Federation Europènne de la Manutention) in the mechanism group M5, Spectrum L2 (medium) and Utilization class T5 (up to 6,300h) . Because of the more sever application swingers are classified in M7 and M8.
Additional torques and ratios are upon request.
Applications: All areas of the heavy lifting appliances and material-handling technology, mobile and stationary, such as:
- Mobil cranes
- Offshore cranes
- Cargo cranes
- Onshore cranes
Add-On parts such as motor connections, torque arms may be delivered in ductile iron as well as welded steel design. Additional Add-ons like prestage gears, brakes and encoders are available upon request.
