SNI 5.. and SNI 6..are split housings for the mounting of self-aligning ball or spherical roller bearings with an adapter sleeve.
SNI 2.. and SNI 3..are split housings for the mounting of self-aligning ball or spherical roller bearings with a cylindrical bore.
SNI housings are designed for grease lubrication and by default equipped with a grease hole. Additional grease regulators can be provided upon request.
If required, these housings may also be supplied for oil lubrication (suffix TST OIL).
Standard materials are grey cast (GG), spheroidal cast iron (GGG) and cast steel (GS)
The modular system allows them to be optionally supplied with felt strips, double lip seals, V-ring, labyrinth or TACONITE seals.
We also manufacture these housings with 4 casted slotted holes (product designation: FSNI).
SSNI housings have a reinforced base. On request, these housings can be supplied with either 2 or 4 drilled round holes or milled slotted holes.
SD/SDI housings: For high loads and conical spherical roller bearings located by means of an adapter sleeve
Upon request, also available for cylindrical spherical roller bearings

S 30 K housings: For the mounting of spherical roller bearing, series 230, these housings can be supplied (SD lightweight construction)
Standard: grey cast
Generally equipped with felt seal with tapered bearing and adapter mounting
