This demonstrator shows what becomes possible when the computations of individual simulation steps can be implemented in fractions of seconds. The user can view the simulation directly as it is being computed and interact with the system at the same time. With the «Tangible Objects Simulator«, the wind flow is computed in terms of several real objects in the form of speed and pressure fields. A camera captures the real objects in order to determine their position and speeds. These parameters serve as input for the simulation, in which a user can interactively analyze the impact of the objects' position changes on the flow field.
