That's why they are a key success factor in the construction and operation of innovative, resource-efficient buildings. However, numerous studies and practical examples have repeatedly shown that the efficiency potential of such buildings, not only at the time of commissioning, but also long after is not fully achieved. The reasons for this are the high level of complexity, the shortage of skilled workers and the processes in construction projects, in which the participating companies and planners have no responsibilities for the operation after acceptance. Also the strongly increased cost and time pressure cause that no systematic functional tests and adjustments of the buildings take place. To ensure that malfunctions do not go unnoticed for a long time or can even be completely avoided, effective processes are required that allow a detailed examination of individual building functions. So far, there has been no practical and economic concept at this crucial point - until now. With digital technical monitoring it is now possible to carry out an efficient quality management from planning to operation. For the first time, our software "Digital Test Bench" enables owners, operators and automation programmers to carry out a test of automation functions in the context of commissioning and to evaluate the implementation quality at a glance.
