Thermodiffusive treatment with use of BESTO-Nicar medium.
Assigning and fields of application:
BESTO-Nicar medium is dedicated for finishing thermal chemical treatment of machine elements, tool and machining attachments.
The articles are exposed to thermal chemical treatment at 400-6500C during 2-8 hours depending on material (high-speed, heat resistant, stainless steels).
As this takes place, the thickness of hardening zone does not depend on the configuration and sizes of treated articles, and linear dimensions increase of the articles does not exceed 2 mm.
Technical characteristics and advantages:
thickness of hardening zone, mm - 60-200;
surface hardness, MPa - 10000-14500;
Serviceability of the articles is increased 3-7 fold after thermal chemical treatment in the given medium;
Regrinding of cutting tool does not reduce the effect of the treatment;
It is assumed a performation of finishing operations of hardened surfaces of the articles.
The proposed electronic balance makes it possible:
- to weigh goods of 6, 15, 30, 150, 300 kg weight;
