The Test Area Autonomous Driving Baden-Wuerttemberg will be officially opened on May 3rd, 2018. Visitors of the Hannover Messe have the opportunity, to learn more about its application scenarios beforehand.In the Test Area Autonomous Driving Baden-Wuerttem- berg, companies and research institutes will be able in future to test future-oriented technologies and services for networked and automated driving in everyday traffic, for example automated driving of cars, buses or commercial vehicles such as street cleaning or delivery services. For this purpose, a wide range of types of traffic areas were prepared during the construction phase and sensors were installed for real-time recording of traffic and its influencing factors.
Karlsruhe, 18.04.2018 – For the first time the FZI Research Center for Information Technology presents itself with its own booth at Hannover Messe, from April 23 to April 27. In hall 2, booth B01 visitors can experience current research projects in the fields of robotics and big data analytics.
