HANNOVER MESSE 2019,
01 - 05 April
Competitiveness, efficiency and increase in productivity are still major concerns for manufacturing businesses and again the central subjects for the Hannover Messe 2017.Trendsetting strategies such as industry 4.0 focusing on decentralized production processes generate new requirements for production IT - in particular for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). In keeping with its role as technological pioneer, MPDV presents with MES 4.0 the future of MES. Besides interoperability, flexibility, management support, online capability, integrative data handling, horizontal integration, decentralization, unified shop floor connectivity and many more, MES 4.0 is deployed increasingly with mobile MES components. Processes can be displayed much better and daily tasks can be dealt with more efficiently in production. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Jürgen Kletti, chief executive officer of MPDV Mikrolab GmbH concludes: "We feel obliged to our customers to identify trends in manufacturing at an early stage and to respond with strategic concepts. With MES 4.0 we define the future of MES. We will develop all MES applications gradually towards MES 4.0."
This makes MIP the first next-generation representative for production IT providing a flexible basis for applications close to production. Thanks to its open semantic information model, MIP facilitates the development of applications, since important basic functions and a common data structure already exist. This enables application developers to focus on the business logic.
Machine manufacturers also have the opportunity to enrich their own products with additional application benefits. With the help of...
Companies of all industries and sizes must produce efficiently and economically to stay competitive. The only way to achieve this, is to make your processes in the shop floor transparent and reactive. A state-of-the-art MES like HYDRA from MPDV creates the required basic precondition.

This year's motto for the Hannover Messe is "Integrated Industry - Connect & Collaborate". Thus, the world's most important industrial fair is all about the central, future issue "Industry 4.0" and describes the next steps towards a networked, autonomous factory. MPDV contributes with MES HYDRA and a new platform solution (MIP) an important part to the networking and cooperation of different fields in the company.
