Research work is aimed at the development of various thermostable materials based on phosphate binding compositions (PBC).The use of PBC allows a wide range of thermally stable materials with operation temperatures of up to +1600 to be obtained.These materials include:- thermoinsulator and fireproof coatings;- binding compounds for sticking together metals, ceramics, glass, wood or graphite;- fireproof materials: linings, concretes, cements, or mortars;- composite materials, including textolites;- baking-free ceramics;- paints;- compounded materialsThe PBC manufacture is waste-free and does not need any complicated equipment, it can be organized at any enterprise of building industry. The materials are non-combustive, nontoxic, and environmentally friendly.Specific application area of the materials, conditions of their use, and attaining definite physical, chemical and mechanical characteristics are determined by the composition and proportions of the main components: the binder and the filler. Thus, depending on the filler, they may perform as radiotrtansparent or radioabsorbing materials, electroconductors or dielectrics, thermocondicting or thermoinsulating materials as well as materials for ionizing radiation protection.
The equipment is intended for multicomponent treatment of common and generalized forms of malignant tumors by whole-body hyperthermia sessions.
