Material requirements planning in WinLine ACC2 is directly integrated with the WinLine PPS module, thus ensuring the availability of semi-finished components and material at all times. A simulated production job can be generated with a customer offer in order to obtain the optimal date for manufacturing or to adjust the planned manufacturing costs.
Checks for resource availability, utilization and scheduling can be performed during generation of customer orders.
Using the on-board capacity planning functions, you can plan a customer order based on resource group capacities (rough-planning) or based on individual resource capacities (fine-planning). Production jobs can be scheduled using backwards or forward planning methods.
